(OOS International) confirmed today that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Forship Engenharia S/A (Forship), with the intention to establish a long-term strategic partnership to jointly pursue offshore maintenance projects mainly within the Brazilian region.
OOS International and Forship have identified that their complementary areas of expertise may be combined to enable a more efficient way of delivering projects. Both parties wish to establish a collaborative working relationship, with the shared purpose to deliver a number of key prospects together for various clients.
