Sixteen months after the start of construction, our newbuild semi-submersible heavy lift crane vessel OOS Serooskerke is making good progress.
Currently Aster Witteman, Project Designer at OOS International, is responsible for the interior design of the vessel. Working with a team on research, planning, coordination and management of an impressive exterior and grand interior.
The OOS Serooskerke has the capacity to host 750 persons on board and OOS International aims to make the stay onboard as pleasant as possible.
To do so, Aster created a colorful and distinct interior.
‘In addition to the interior design I got the chance to design, in total, 180 square meter custom made wall paper, to create a warm and modern atmosphere. This change underlines the identity of the company in an artistic and conceptual way. During the stay at the OOS Serooskerke you are fully equipped. We have all the facilities in house to make your stay as pleasant as possible.’

Upon completion in Q2 2019, the OOS Serooskerke is ready for the most challenging decommissioning and heavy lift operations worldwide.
