This week the official contract signing ceremony for the selling of the former Lloyd’s Register office bought by OOS International took place at our headquarters in Serooskerke, The Netherlands.

The contract has been signed by Mr. Leon Overdulve, CEO and Founder of OOS International and Mr. Wim den Dekker, Head of HR WEA of Lloyd’s Register EMEA, accompanied by Mr. Coen Mijnsbergen, Board Advisor of OOS International, and Mr. René Timmerman, North Europe Offshore Manager of Lloyd’s Register Netherlands.

As the organization expands its business with the new build vessels under construction which will be expected in 2019 and the start of OOS Energy,

OOS International has planned to purchase this new facility with plenty of space prepared for the next stage of company growth.

The new office will serve as the company hub for OOS Energy and be located together with OOS Engineering.
